Posh for a chippy (it is NW London don't you know), but worth every extra penny. Anyone know it?

I'm planning to go over this year for a break from Vegas. I want to experience a fight at MSG for a change. I might wait until the autumn for Hatton v Malinaggi or go to see Cotto fight. I was supposed to see Cotto v Mosley, but stayed behind for Haye v Mormeck.

I've been told Old Homestead is very good (it's in South Mahattan, right?). I've been to Fleming's and Ruth Christies, but I hear that the latter baste the steak in butter which ruins it a little. I also love creamed spinach and corn, but it's hard to get in the UK.

I recommend Fleming's French Onion soup (it has a layer of cheese on top with bread bakend into it, it's awesome).

God, I miss working in the US. :(

I was brought up in NW London, Neasden to be precise (same place as Twiggy). Cant say I know the Nautilus but I did leave a long time ago. Neasden was a Jewish community in those days, lovely people, most of my Friends were Jewish.

Shameless is the best thing on TV and Frank Gallagher's the best character on TV IMO, the show gets better with each series.

both are good shows. Shameless is brilliantly over the top caricature, and amazingly enough, based on the writers own life, or at least the first series was.

Family guys is very funny, but it is a bit of a one trick pony when compared to the Simpsons in it's prime, which sadly, just isn't funny any more.

The episode of Fasmily Guy where he tries to seduce Luke Perry is absolutely hilarious.

Shameless was good up to series 3, then I lost interest.

Hooky, Curb Your Enthusiasm series 6 has just finished in the States. I think it might be the best yet. The "honourable cnt" scene is one of my faves of all time!

Yeah Family Guy's relentlessly funny!! The interaction between the Shameless characters is a very good (if exaggerated) representation of life in certain areas of our country, some of the people from round my way (mostly my relations) could put the Shameless characters to err .. shame (if they had any)

Frank Gallagher and Keith off Eastenders are my heroes, I'd love to spend my day-to-day life in the manner that they do instead of coming to this shithole and worki.... wor.. fcuking about on the net. Done fella. I'm still undecided about Pavlik v Lockett. If the undercard is good I'll go, as it's looking unlikely that I can make Cotto Gomez and I'd like to go to the Boardwalk.
