No, he is not...the streak is hold by Rodolfo "El Gato" Gonzalez...He had 35 KO wins in his first 35 fights. He was also undefeated in his first 52 fights.

However, with Elmer Fudd is different because he is a racist that has posted many insulting posts against Puerto Ricans in the past. The same Elmer Fudd that posted a fantasy fight as a fact to back up his argument that Salvador Sanchez, Azuma Nelson, and Wilfredo Gomez ducked Eusebio Pedroza.
