Hmm, Mayweather was the last person i'd go out of my way to watch between the Gatti & Hatton scraps.. boring as boring can possibly be..!

Dubai has zero interest in boxing, and nowhere nr the casinos that LV has.. not sure what Eubank is on, lol..

I think Eubank got around 350,000 a fight with Warren.. the Watson fights were million pound purse fights with champion Eubank getting the vast lions share of the first un.. i'm sure he got more than 350,000 against Collins the first time, twice as much probably.. Collins did demand something like 150,000 and Sky needed an opponent, where Eubank usually liked to get opponents for 25,000 if he could..! So he could have vast vast vast lions share..

His greatest achievement was 5 1,250,000's in just over 6 mnths from Belfast to Wharton.. all easy fights he posed through and nearlylost as well..

I dont see Hop getting close enough to land to the body unless he goes in with his head and holds and bangs the hips after releasing.. imo he really is a limited fighter, rarely throws anything bar the right hand anyway..

Where on earth do you get your figures from? Not one of which is correct.

Maloney offered Eubank £150,000 to fight Montell Griffin for November 25 1995 at Royal Albert Hall, when Griffin was World Boxing Council's No.2.-rated light-heavyweight.

Warren served a writ on Eubank on February 24 1996, claiming Eubank owed him £162,840.

Warren paid Eubank around £400,000 for his second Collins and second Thompson fights and significantly less for his Calzaghe and first Thompson fights. Warren told Eubank he could not pay him that kind of money again because he kept losing, and Eubank hasn't fought since.

Eubank's purse for his first Collins fight was £900,000, Amaral £750,000, Storey £850,000, Schommer £1,150,000, Wharton £1,250,000, Godoy £350,000 and Barratuebena £350,000. For the second Benn fight £850,000 and second Close fight £1,250,000. For the first Watson fight £900,000 and first Benn fight £100,000. He benefitted greatly from Baby Jake Matlala's South African contingent and Wharton's Leeds contingent, in taking shares of ticket sales.

I said from the go i wouldn't be surprised if Hopkins won this fight......i would be more surpirsed of Calzaghe won it convincingly.

Oh and the second Close fight was through King and Warren winning the purse bid, and thus American TV money and Close on not a great deal. Amaral was the first stop on the 'Eubank World Tour' (first fight on Sky) and Olympia (the venue) was only half-full that night because of the World Cup Final.

I was talking to a friend who knows Hopkins on the phone last night . He watched him in the gym few weeks back reckons Hop is looking very sharp, and is sparring like a 20 year old.
he tips Calzaghe to win but it wont be easy.
