You dont need any qualifications if your work is of a fairly decent standard it will go up....And no you dont have to pay us a penny mate.

I will give it some thought then. Maybe youd get people to write if you paid them but i guess any one can call themselves a writer on the internet. I will get in touch with you.thanks.
