I dont think he Being Rushed by Anyone, he is Rushing himself, seeing as he wanted to be the Youngest British World Champ Ever...
He is looking strong though, im afraid to say though, if he loses to a "not so Excellent" fighter, will be the death of British Boxing..
Amir Khan is still a Fresh Face in Boxing, Let him Mature a bit more and get some experience, he should be fine
British Boxing will have plenty of fresh faced potential superstars after Beijing my friend.
Amir Khan losing won't be the death of anything. Not even his career.
Would love to see him in against a banger, someone who he has to watch carefully for the whole fight.
Potential greats thrive in them sort of bouts, and all experienced such learning at an early stage.
Khan hasn't had that so far.
One thing they really need to do, is tone down the hype.
The ITV advert uses ALI as a comparison(the same Ali that whupped the reasonably

heavy handed Sonny Liston at the grand old age of 22!!)
