I've seen all but a couple of Holyfield, Jones and De La Hoya's fights. I've seen all but eight or nine of Ali's fights. I'm sure I've seen the vast majority of Tyson and Mayweather's fights. But I'm not sure I can say that I've seen all of a particular fighters fights.

The only fighter I have seen every fight of as a pro is De La Hoya...& I am proud to say I will never, ever watch a fight on YouTube. It's fine to use it to check a round or something, but I consider that form of medium to be akin to a what a microwave represents to a chef. I have been labelled elitist for that sentiment on another forum, so be it. Just the way I feel.

I have seen nearly or very nearly all of...

George Foreman
Floyd Mayweather
Roy Jones
Joe Frazier
Muhammad Ali
Manny Pacquiao
Marco Antonio Barrera
Kostya Tszyu

Mike Tyson. I once watched his first 37 fights with all of my freetime, in order in a week.

Well, I'm a seasoned, salty ol' bastard of 46, who's been a boxing fan(atic) since 1976, so there are just really too many careers to list that fit your description. But, some of the bigger names amongst them are:
Ray Leonard, Micheal Spinks, Howard Davis Jr., Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Delahoya, Pernell Whitaker & so on & so forth.

There are quite a few of my all time fav fighters from overseas whom I've seen all or most of their major fights, but whose early bouts I've yet to see much of like Lennox Lewis, the Klitschkos, Nigel Benn, Hatton & others.
