Curved Or Flat Hook & Jab Pads?

Post by Poncey »

I've never tried curved pads before, and need to buy some new pads. Are they better than flat pads?

I prefer curved as do many coaches/boxers in our gym.

Dirk wants me to go to Bishop's and spar there. I'm trying to shake off the rust, first, as I don't wanna look like a goon, but I've got my own gloves now and about to buy pads.

Is there any specific night in the week you can't do?
