A good mexican import with a decent record and proven durability, who is also a natural at the weight, followed by Romanov.

ah, eff it. I pick Nate Campbell. Let's have a tune-up vs someone with long arms and a hard head. And then be totally ready for Campbell, bring the fight over to the UK and win a hard decision with youth and speed.

Ultimately, from Team Khan's perspective, Campbell is the most important. Imagine the fortune Khan'd make, imagine the profile of British boxing, if he won some title belts.

If Khan does take Campbell's titles, he will surely vacate 1 or 2 of the others. This is good for Romanov who's pencilled in to fight for some "WBA regular half arsed title" and could fall into obscurity. If Khan wins the belts, becomes super champ, he prob wouldn't defend vs, say, Romanov-Alcorro winner, and Romanov could wind up "WBA full on champ outright."

I agree throw the dice and go for the big 1, better to try and fail than never try. At 36 Campbell could have nightmares with Khans youth, or he might oldman Khan but there's no shame in losing to the champ. Khan would get chin checked BUT his workrate/speed/size may be enough to take it out of the old man. It really is a Hatton-Tyszu situation

I actually don't think its far off happening as I believe Don King has mentioned the potential match up
