How good was Lindell Holmes

I would like to know how good is former IBF Super Middleweight Champion Lindell Holmes and how tall is he in height? I would like to know please.

Lindell Holmes was kind of stubby for a super middleweight probably about 5'8 or 5'9 tops...

I have a tape of Roy Jones sparring Holmes when he was 15.
Holmes got schooled :wink:
