MICHAEL KATSIDIS -V- JESUS CHAVEZ, SEPTEMBER 13 2008

Post by Brute »

News is that Michel Katsidis will fight former WBC Super Featherweight and former IBF Lightweight champion Jesus Chavez on the Casamayor/Juan Diaz card in Houston, Texas on September 13. Chavez is two inches shorter and eight years older than Katsidis. Any thoughts?

he has only lost to the elite of the division. It will be a major test for Katsidis and no easy fight. It shows the typical gutsy approach I'm coming to expect from him. I think he will win, and I hope it's ppv here.

If Katsidis wins & wins comfortably does he pursue a rematch with casamayor?
Katsidis needs to fight more patiently when in the ring with the best, otherwise he will end up like Gatti.
