.... of eliminator status....

Former IBF Light Welterweight Champion, Juan Urango is fighting former Hatton victim Jaun Carlos Vilches in an IBF Light Welterweight title eliminator on Wednesday.

How does the IBF justify Vilches' status... at least Kristjansen scored a draw with a European Level former world champion, Vilches hasn't.

I would'nt say it was any worse, maybe better if anything. Both had mixed in better company than Khan or Kristianson and Vilches had several wins for South American title coming in to this fight.

I would have place Kristjansen in the top 30 (lower end naturally). At least he'd only lost to Zoff.

Has Vilches had more than one fight in the last 18 months?

That makes Hatton look quite good, cos he hammered Urango.
