Who did Barrera sack?

Can anyone help me with this?

Just before his fight with Pacquaio, didn't barrera sack someone, I cannot remember the guys name, whether it was his manager or trainer, though I think it was his manager.

I know this belongs on the world scene, but nobody over there has replied, and it seems you lot are more knowledgable, I bet someone here knows the answer.

I thought it was his manager too, was it just before the fight?

Yeah I have a feeling it was around the time of the revelations regarding Barrera's operation and the 'metal plate in his head' saga. Would have to check to be sure though.

From what I remember reading the revelations about his metal mickey head were actually begun by whoever he sacked, which I think was his manager.....cheers for the pointers..
