INTERESTING TAKE ON CALZAGHE VS HOPKINS
From our own Duke:

I must admit I hadn't considered altitude etc, but think he's overplaying it. Any thoughts?

Duke's not too bad at predicting fights, but I think he's overdoing the altitude thing - don't think Hop is going to drive Calzaghe to exhaustion at any rate.
And the big stage wont worry Joe, Vegas or not. He's been in a couple of huge fights, bigger crowds than tonight. He'll thrive on it.
His fragile hands on Bernard's rock hard forehead are more of a worry.
He's a fighter for the big stage, and when all else in Brit boxing is failing, he keeps on winning.
He'll beat Hop tonight. Seems a massive fight now, can't wait

Calzaghe has been out there for 2 weeks which is reasonable enough.Deserter wrote:From our own Duke:

Would love to know where he stayed!!! - Hope it wasn't the casino as Ricky got awful flu when he stayed at Ceasers for the Urango fight.
If Joe stayed at a private house then I envisage no problems.

No, there's always the chance Chris might go postalknockout wrote:will they even give you a passportREAL_DEAL wrote:No sadly. Would be a dream to go round the world taking photos like a few people do (Sumio Yamada, John Gichigi etc) maybe one day![]()
Joe looks like he is on holiday on that photo... he must be loving not having to starve for the last week
Wonder how much more Joe can eat in the run up to make 173, extra few carrots probably.
He looks like a LH alright in that pic, fought over 12stone in his career more than Hop, which is good
