born in mansfield, lived in Lincoln for 8 years, then west country - Exmouth near exeter where I the teenage years, then past twelve years around London, happily settled in South east London now......! My folks were gypsies (just jokin).

DJ Loftgroover I think he was called? I was never actually a fan myself, but my room mate at Uni was obsessed with him, and for some (admittedly odd) reason the name stuck in my head and I adopted it for forums/chat rooms etc.

Christ knows why come to think of it... but there you go.....
