Depends what you mean by "form". If it's wins over any opponent, has to be Ricky.

However, Corrales had more wins than Ricky when he fought Floyd.

I mean, on-fire form. I'd say Hatton was in good form if you take the Castillo win on paper but I think over the say, three fights before Mayweather, his form was mixed.
