Fightnews are reporting that Vivien Harries will defend his WBA title against Oktay Urkal in Berlin on April the 17th. Got to give Harries full credit in defending away from home against this world class opponent.
Good fight this.

Harris' management team want shooting with a ball of their own 5hit for letting him take this fight in Berlin.
The purse wants to be huge for the champ because he aint leaving with his title.
Judges in Germany love the art of 'fighting without fighting' and Urkal, an excellent boxer, will run, slip, counter and scramble his way to a points win.

Now I have heard (this is purely speculation) that Main Events (Harris' promoters) are not particularly fond of their champion and feel that their charge will be on his way to the big haired one in the not too distant future. Urkal in Germany offers Main Events the best opportunity to make a quick fast buck on Harris. Should Harris lose, its no really bother - cause they feel he's on his way anyway. They might have even managed to get some options on Urkal.
All speculation, but the source is normally accurate.
