Jones has as much chance of beating Calzaghe as your other comment about Hamed, NONE!!

Maybe 5 years ago as i have said in the Calzaghe v/s Hopkins thread, Calzaghe would be hit from pillar to post but now, no way will that happen. Calzaghe will get the verdict again in another 12 round fight.

5 Years ago, when the likes of the Best RJJ, Hopkins, Tarver, Taylor and Co. were going at it, Calzaghe would have been Punished,

Now... Well, As good as RJJ still is, he is way way way way passed it. Nothing at all like Hopkins.

Calzaghe should take it hands down

I think Lennox might be a bit punchy! :P

Yes, Calzaghe is a slapper, but that's all he'll need to be to beat a faded Jones Jr.

Jones is gunshy & wary of quality opposition these days: JC would beat him over 12, unanimously IMO.

5 years ago RJJ was a Heavyweight, Taylor was getting HBO gift decisions, Tarver was complaining he was robbed then got a KO and Hopkins preferred his weak mandatries.

You know very well what i mean..

They were progressing and building their way to the Top. Whereas Calzaghe was not even in the Picture..

I was wondering that myself. Surely he can't mean Jermain.

5 years ago Calzaghe "the superstar" was fighting infront of 3 men and a dog at his local ice rink, and was not even being mentioned as a possible opponent for the likes of Jones and B-Hop!!!

Progress and build to the top, except for Taylor they were all In the top 3 of their own divisions except Roy who belt chased to Heavyweight then was drained taking the weight off too soon.
