Barrera turned up and did a professional job, but had he fought Naz in 96/97 he'd have got beaten up. No doubt in my mind.

Naz's biggest problem was his inability to train.

Im not really a fan, but the only person to beat Naz wasnt Barerra or possible Mayweather it was Naz. Leaving Brendan didnt help, at his best he was Special.

Well hes retired, wont have fought for years, eating what he wants and probably would have gained fat coming off the stimulants and muscle builders they would have had him on in training camps. Doesnt look quite right though does it?

Was good to finally see a bit of self effacing humour from Naz after all these years, didn't think he was capable.

Anyone else think there a tinge of punchiness in his speaking? Bordering on a slight slur.

Hope it was just lazy-speak, nothing else.

Hamed didnt do himself any favours if he was only joking. You'd think he would feel more seriously about the legacy he left behind.

That is a Hector Camacho worshipper and act a like early in his career, boasting of winning world titles at 6 divisions and than bailing out when the competition arrived.........(ie Pacquioa, Morales, Corrales, Mayweather, Castillo, Casamayor, Tapia and Ayala).

The fact is all his career he didnt beat 1 fighter of the ilk of the above.

So is he serious about righting those wrongs?

No I dont think so. He made 20 million pounds in the ring. He invested well, he lives cleanly, he knew when he retired at 28 that his best days were over. And while he reigned a weak division there is no doubt he was one of the most exciting world champions of the 1990's
