ray has a new alias now.

Boy are you a sly one, ray.

LOL
Granberry why do you keep changing the subject? please just answer the question - unless of course it's a load of bo@@#cks!
I guess I am a sly one! Apparently, I figured out how to use as my alias the screename of somebody who joined the forum 6 years before I did.

Can you imagine what this so-called 'boxing' site looks like to anyone who skims it for the first time and sees it consists of spiteful, feminine ad hominem attacks, post after post after post,

all encouraged and added to by so-called 'moderator' buzz.

What a great creation you have here, buzz.

A perfect illustration of your mentality and 'manliness.'

In all seriousness, though, it is absolutely pathetic that Gran hasn't (& won't, it appears) be banned. Every thread is turning out like this. Take a look at the posters (even myself) who write in threads that don't involve him. They don't all end this same way. The crew here are kidding themselves (to the detriment of the forum) if they think they are upholding some moral high ground by keeping him on to, "tolerate everyone's opinions."

For the benefit of this forum, he needs to go.

Matthew Macklin vs Jamie Moore

Rounds eight and nine sealed the fight in many ways. Matthew's salvoes in the eighth, including a left uppercut, affected Moore then prompted Matthew to pour forth once again. Billy Graham was shouting at Matt, imploring him not to waste shots, by now though Matt was out in his own zone and he straightened Moore with a fierce right hook, then another, then another. Jamie responded with his southpaw left hook late in the round.

Same Link, Craig Watson vs Mike Medor
Craig Watson scored a quick fire first-round win against the Edison Miranda like Michael Medor (10st 4lb) who seemed to adopt a do or die approach to their fight. A single left hook from the southpaw stance sent Medor into a silly dance, the fight was waved off and it turned out to be a very wise call as Medor suffered a delayed reaction that saw him slump to the canvas for a few worrying minutes post-fight. He recovered to receive a generous round of applause form the crowd.

Bob Hope had a show after Foreman won the title where he appeared wearing gigantic boxing gloves together with Foreman, who wore an undershirt with the words CHAMP across the back in large letters.

Across the back of Bob Hope's undershirt was the word CHICKEN.

I don't know what it is that makes Granberry so irritating, but it works.

The problem is, I think he makes me irritating too.

Granberry is right about one thing: This snipping does create a bad first impression for folks who venture into this site just wanting to talk and learn more about boxing. I don't think any of us want to run people off from this website because they are turned off by snipping and backbiting on this forum.

So I've decided just to ignore him, and talk about boxing with people who are interested in talking about boxing.

I hope this is one problem that, if you ignore it long enough, it will just go away.

I have no idea. I think you are putting more importance on this fight than anyone did at the time.

The only somewhat interesting thing about the fight was that Ellis and Ali were both trained by Dundee, but had different managers. Dundee managed Ellis and Herbert Muhammad had charge of Ali's affairs by then

That is something that happens not infrequently in boxing.

You take us all to task regularly for being "know nothings" as if by simply being a presence here we should all humbly bow to your excellency. I am a boxing fan, one of millions. As you have mentioned ad nauseum, I have not been a pro fighter and the amount I do not know could fill volumes. I've never really argued about that with you. But do you know that the pro's I have met in my life have given me much more respect for my opinions than you have? Joe Frazier listened patiently to my opinions and even once said to me as he shook his head....."Well Buzz that's your opinion". And then did NOT let go of a left hook in my direction. I felt very validated hearing that from him.

So...I feel that this means you must be very very important and highly placed in the food chain of boxing. I've told others "be easy on the granner because he is probably very important". So...reveal who you are so that when we are all told how foolish our opinions are we can be assured that it is a fact.....and not just some hateful tripe coming from some "know nothing" who wanders these halls.

Otherwise I will have no choice but to beleive that you somehow climbed over the fence, never paid your entrance fees and are simply impersonating a major boxing personality.
Does Joe really know you as Buzz? Is there more to this moniker? Were you ever an astronaut?

Remember that Granberry is the man who said that if a southpaw threw a right rook, he'd punch himself in the face..
Poor knucklez is so confused he doesn?t know the difference between the right arm and the left arm.

I am very sorry to inform knucklez that the ability to differentiate between the right and the left is fundamental to comprehending boxing.

Knucklez, with his unablility to tell the difference between right and the left has NO hope when it comes to the slightest possibility of comprehending the subject of boxing.

A southpaw in a southpaw stance attempting to throw a LEFT hook would hit himself on the chin.

Poor knucklez can?t even differentiate between the right and the left
including i am a southpaw and have rocked people with a left hook i must say BS

Anton / Buzz, please remove this post and any others where this guy mentions my name in an offensive manner.

I have not responded to any of his trolling posts since we agreed to ignore him.

Thanks.
