I might have to head to the bookies tomorrow and see what the odds for a bomb scare are.

Disappointing. I'm driving up from London tomorrow with the missus and the hotel in Nottingham is costing me a fortune.

Anyone know the revised running order? Want to see the Witter, Froch, Murray and Amar fights at least.

Why not throw in Brian Magee, at least it would be an entertaining fight.

We know that Warren has been trying to sign Carl Froch for a good while, but Froch has repeatedly told him to Fcuk Off. Is allegedly trying to unsettle Carl and disrupt Micks relationship with ITV by promising Inkin (and his German bredrins) vacated WBO belts and whatever else?? I wouldn't put it past him and Gomez's post insinuates that he thinks that somat underhand has gone on

I noticed that Nicky Cook, Mitchell and Arthur all in top ten of super featherweight wbo divison. Whats the betting that Guzman moves up then these three plus Harrison could fight each other, keep it in house

He won the purse bids for Adamu but why would he want to sign him? He won the bid for Woods Vs Johnson 3 too and didn't want to sign Clinton, he just hoped they Impressed enough to be a Calzaghe victim.

Gomez will say anything pro Froch and anything negative against anyone anti Froch, he's nothing more than a yes man.

Calzaghe will obviously vacate them belts eventually anyway since he will be retiring next year.

he's actually well infomed - your accusation could easily be thrown back against yourself re Warren.

Warren surely needs someone to pass Joe's titles on to. Froch would've been ideal. Face it, the man fought to stage a Carl Froch fight. Why, if not to win him over? Was it due to interest in Adamo, no way. He was as interested in the African as he was in M'Baye during the Hatton feud, IMO.

Incase anyone is interested.. don't know if this is true but if so appeas that Hennesy has had awful luck with his first ITV date one starts to wonder if the face of a certain rival promoter is somewhere in the background trying to ruin Mick's big day!! am I a bit of a conspirecy theorist!
I can play dot-to-dot and believe some sort of Warren-Universum-WBO tomfoolery. But I can't really find the link with Rubin Williams, at all.
You really do have a vivid imagination and your comment is seriously libellous.

Why Wouldn't Warren want to sign Carl? he's a fantastic talent a future World Champion and Calzaghe's on his way out

Both Gomez and Boxingchat have said that Froch and Warren have had talks in the past about a move, but Froch has turned him down

True, there are many many promoters worldwide but not many are called Warren and that is the name mentioned.

Rhino,
The post quotes Warren's name, FFS !
I truly believe that the majority of posters around here would blame Wazza for anything.
You are all paranoid.
Makes not an ounce of difference to Wazza if Meaty Mick puts on a good bill or otherwise.
Wazza showed Witter the door.
He tried to sign Froch and failed.
That's business but Jesus not enough to become Kennedy's assassin.

Autobarn... as erudite and reasoned as you are, not even you can claim Gomez is impartial.

Everything he posts should be prefaced with a bias warning.

Yeah, playing dot to dot is a deadly game.

Egging on josh fg's self confessed conspiracy theory is even worst.

If Inkin fights for a belt suddenly vacated by Calzaghe, how can anyone help wondering about you know what? (on the other hand, if he doesn't, the theory doesn't have a leg to stand on). I didn't start the notion on here, I've only responded to an idea more than 1 person has come to. No one can prove it, no one can disprove it, and we get bullies like you coming on to tell ppl they're not allowed to speculate. I'm sorry man, but you just cannot tell ppl what they can or cannot think, whether you have a massive organisation behind you or not.

Anyway, we can't really believe all that about SN (my little disclaimer). I bet you all were looking forward to the fight - exactly what boxing needs, competitive fights, no?
