Hard to rate them since some of them only stop there for a few fights.

For me

1. Julio Cesar Chavez
2. Wilfredo Benitez
3. Aaron Pryor
4. Antonio Cervantes
5. Kostya Tszyu
6. Dulio Loi
7. Nicolino Locche

Jimmy McLarnin and Joe Gans are two fighters who would have fit naturally into this (synthetic) division.

True. Armstrong and Duran could have won and held titles here for a while too considering their success at higher weights

You could throw a few more old timers in there also as they did some good work in the 140 range

What do people prefer to use as the name? Super-light, Junior-Welter or Light-Welter?

I tend to find British people say Light Welter and Americans say Jnr Welter, I only hear super lightweight occasionally. Although I guess, in a way super, lightweight makes more sense as 140 is closer to 135 than 147.
