On ITV in UK on Saturday, Barry McGuigan and Duke McKenzie went through the great fighters of the colour TV age.
They focused on Duran, Leonard, Ali and Holmes...
Barry and Duke suggested that they felt leonard was the greatest boxer they'd ever seen and thought him more versatile than Ray Robinson. They didn't make this claim lightly and realised they were sticking their necks out.
They also then both said that despite Leonard's talents that he lost the fight with Hagler in their minds...
