Groin protectors

I started to notice in the late 1990s that these started getting higher with Michael Grant, Lewis and so on...I am curious to know how come some fighters get away with having these up to there arm pits and others do not.

What is the official ruling on it...after all the belt line in my opinion should be below the navel.

Try watching Marvin hagler -- he had his protector up to his nipples.

Yeah Hagler I should have thought of him...I remember watching some of him a few months ago and noting that.

Moore...would take the wiley smarts of the old mongoose to come up with that loop hole.

Moore is still awesome however :)
