seems a big step to me mate, relocating to a new country to improve your boxing? Are you that talented? are you definitely reaching a limit on what you can learn from the australian gyms? Have you been advised to move by boxing pro's, trainers, etc? Not having a go, if you go ahead with it good luck to ya wish you all the best, just seems a big step.
If you do it, maybe do a trial run, spend 6 months over here moving round city to city staying cheap and trying out different areas and gyms? Till you find a place you get a good feeling about?

I was born in the old collyhurst flats, facking rough house of a place, lived in collyhurst and ancoats all my life. . If you choose manchester collyhurst is probably a good place to go its a facking slum no one wants too go there but accomadation will be cheaper, Brian Hughes a good trainer is a 5 min journey from there, Salford and Harrison is not far from there either.Its close too the city and funny enough the people are freindly. just be careful have eyes in the back of your head take no shit and you'll be fine .
Remember one thing while the stranger is smiling and talking keep your hand on your wallet funny sort of place they will facking rob you one day and give you there last fiver the next.
On a serious note though don't bother with England i now live in Australia and its gonna be a lot easier to move to sydney , if you got talent you'll become aussie champ very quick have a crack at the commonwealth and if you win THEN go to England, People knock aussie boxing but fack sake theres only about 100 registered pro's in oz
If you really feel you have the talent and want to move to train with the best go straight too the states. but i would try Sydney first don't come much better than Johnny Lewis, he trained Kosta Fenech,, Harding , Virgil Hill , and St Clair,
