Didnt seem to look that impressive in the clips I've seen of him though, didnt do anything amazingly but seems to do most things well with plenty of strength and power

Didn't he go to New Zealand or somewhere to fight a few bums just so he could break the 1st round KO record?

I don't think he's fought anyone with a positive record either...

I'm not convinced he's composed enough. Against Rivera he was always looking for the KO and was floored because of it. He has improved, though.

But at 147 I can't see him beating Cotto, Margarito or Floyd. Maybe even Williams. He would stop Quintana though.

i only see cotto and floyd beating him.

i think he'd outbox someone like margo.

and pick off a guy like williams.

If you're going for the one dimensional Martinez, then Rendall Munroe deserves at least a mention!

As regards Darren Barker, incidentally, he may not be the greatest ever but his timing could be perfect - he'd get to the eliminator stage at around the time that weight making takes too much out of Pavlik and he moves up...leaving not much behind...

Yes he did. Brunson has fought some terrible opposition.

Yes he did. Brunson has fought some terrible opposition.

If I recall correctly, he was knocked down by Waru (last New Zealand fight).
