Looking at the schedules at the moment, there really doesn't seem many decent upcoming fights at all in the next couple of months. Quite a few bills, but mainly its domestic level guys V yet to be named opponents. There are a couple of British title fights that would be worth watching, but nothing really whets the appitiete (sod it, i just can't spell.)
Maybe over the last few months we have been spoilt!
There doesn't even seem to be regular Friday Night fights for SKY any more.
Oh, there is that Ricky Hatton show. Thats the exception.
Not much to look forward to :-(

The last few months have sucked. How were we spoilt?whicker wrote:Looking at the schedules at the moment, there really doesn't seem many decent upcoming fights at all in the next couple of months. The RESULTS sucked, but the ammount of interesting fights was very high.Horse wrote:The last few months have sucked. How were we spoilt?
From big fights like Enzo-Haye and Calzaghe-Hopkins (actually 2 results that didn't suck) to new ideas like Prizefighter there seemed to eb a lot of action on.
I want to know whether they're still going to show big fights from the US. All that was lined up for May were the Arthur and Skelton shows - both now cancelled.Goz wrote:Think I need to look at cancelling Setanta now for a few months. No interest to me now until August/Sept.
I know it's only a cockle a month but I really don't need it.
The fact that they're now showing all the UFC fights live makes me wonder whether it's dented their budget, or they had extra funding for it.chesh wrote:I want to know whether they're still going to show big fights from the US.
