Is this being televised on UK tv? Having seen plenty of fights in Italy I have a strong feeling Lynes is going to get jobbed. I hope not though - Lynes on current form could fight for a world title.
If its a close fight then its always likely colin could get mugged in turin. That is why it will need to be convincing and on current form and his prep for this i cant see him losing. I will be in turin friday to see colin triumph and move towards a deserved world title shot. He would give anyone problems with that jab and although not a ko artist, he wears opponents down and takes his opportunities to go for the stoppage. He is a skilful, intelligent and very fit. He can scrap when necessary, but it often isnt. Sky are televising.
Branco is pretty tough - I'll be moderately suprised if Lynes stops him - Lynes isnt a powerpuncher like Cotto. But he could wear him down and bust him up down the stretch but Branco can be cagey when he wants to be as well whcih is why I reckon Lynes on a clear decision.
I seem to be in the minority here but I think Branco is going to win this. Lynes will give it a good go but Branco's fought at a much higher level and no way Lynes gets a decision over there. I can't see Lynes winning the rounds cleanly enough to get a decision, he'll have to stop him and I'm not sure he's up to that. Best of luck to him though. Looks to be plenty of British interest on the undercard.

Thats my feeling also.... Lynes' wins in the Uk, Lynes loses in Italy.
I like Lynes too. I hope he goes over there and wins big - I don't think he's going to stop Branco but I think he will win by a convincing margin. Scores of 114-113 or 115-113 wouldn't surprise me although it will be wider.
I've been impressed with Lynes lately as I'm sure we all have. Branco certainly isn't unbeatable - it would be great if Colin could bridge the apparent gap.
If I were a betting man I'd say he will fall just short though.....
