Hamdan apparently retired after the fight.

Cool. I thought that might be the reason, it's just that quite a lot announce their retirement, but stay in the boxrec rankings anyway.

Yeah, it's not necessarily consistent. I wouldn't remove a guy, since so many announce they're retiring and then fight again. But Anton is the man for Australia, and he must be convinced that Nader really means it.

Thanks for your guys warm wishes,i only hung around aslong as i did cause i never got my opportunity to become World Champion,Anthony Mundine gave me my shot and i love the guy for it.I fought my heart out in a memroble fight,the fight of my career that im proud off.I didnt win but im proud of the fight.
I had this fight coming up 5weeks,my shoulder is in pain there was no reason to continue and most of all for me i was content with boxing not bitter any longer.
I had a memroble preparation and fight,the night the atmosphere my team everything about it i wont ever forget.
Ive won many titles and fights,been involved in many wars and fights of the years on sky fox etc and travelled the world,got nothing more to prove to myself or no one.
Finally content with it all.Met some great people in boxing,spoke to Billy Hussein Mick Akkawy,Johnny Lewis Dick Caine and family about how i was feeling the best thing for me to do is go out the way i am,thanks over the years for your support for those who supported me,im done.Awaiting my next challenge in life.
