Actually, just had a look at his record and think I'm being a bit unfair. He had a string of seven losses in eight just before the Norris shot, but the quality of opposition was terrific; Paz, Crisato Espana, Simon Brown, Glenwood Brown, Aaron Davis, Vince Pettway.DG. wrote:gb wrote:Luis Santana.

Saw Steve Roberts a few years ago.
Doing very well,house paid off. Has his own Cpmpany - he is an electrician.
He was a decent boxer, boring but decent.

It's not nice to deceive people with fake titles. However, if Roberts used boxing to be a successful person in life it's hard to begrudge that.
It's the Board, the promoters and Sky who are to blame. If a guy can get away with that and make some money, he bloody well will. Stabdards should be there, but they haven't always been.

I agree mate.
