Did Big John Tate, the Spinks brothers, or Howard Davis Jr, ever fight in the Ohio State Fair tourney?

I have no idea about the answer to your question. However, I do want to know about the 2008 Ohio State Fair. Are they again running it at the same time as the Ringside Tournament? A fact sheet and entry form would be great.
