Whats Solimans next move

It looks like sam will be dropping back down to middleweight to continue his chase for a world title. He should be the wba super middle champ after hitting mundine twice the amount of times mundine hit him but thats boxing.
What now for him should he try and get another rematch with choc at middleweight or look at another option???

with no disrespect, I think fighting Mundine again would be like flogging a dead horse. I also think the top MW guys are going to avoid Sam. Sam made his name fighting at a world class level anywhere, anytime. He has the habit of making fights ugly, regardless of wether you respect his boxing ability or not. He also has the knack of making opponents look awkward.

The fight I would like to see him take first up is Geale. It would be for a small fry IBO title, but worth the effort and would make a good local fight. Perhaps if he wins that, then someone like Abrahams might be a good fit. They would both have something to gain. King Arthur would be fighting a credable opponent, and Soli' would be looking at a respectable title.

When you look at Sam's career, he has only been KOed once and in recent years has only lost to world champions or leading contenders and has always put up a good fight. He would still be a tough test for any middleweight.

A fight with sakio would be good ,i think sam would of beaten him on the contender if the fight went for 12 rounds. Sam was starting to takeover by the last round in that fight.

a 4th fight is probly going a bit far but i just think sam did enough to win the other night. And i dont think mundine would be able to control soliman in middleweight ,at 72kilos sam is in his element and strong. I dont think mundine can hold his power at that weight.

Soliman schooled Joval in there 2nd fight (IBF Elim) And looked great in doing it, Also i feel he beat Winky in there fight - but after the winky fight Sam just wasn't the same..... He could have been the IBF champ but listened to Stu Duncan and took on Winky instead.
I believe he moved up in weight because he had issue losing kg it (From his now closed website samsoliman.com) and also a chance to fight Mundine again(As he was rated No#2 buy the WBA in Mid/weight).

What he should do now is cash in. A Fight with John Duddy at M/W or even a fight with Edison Miranda would be good (Since he knocked it back while ago).

He should fight a mid level middleweight to see where he is at then make a move based on that. I doubt he can get a fight with Pavlik but Abraham might be a chance.

John Duddy wouldn't be too bad and I wouldn't call that cashing in as Soliman would be a massive chance (favourite?) in that fight. Miranda is too big, I doubt he will even be at super middle for much longer so that won't be an option.

Retirement sounds like a plan worth considering.... seriously doubt if he can make any dent on the big boys considering he is now ranked at # 23....

Soliman is a world class fighter. He has no need to retire.
