malignaggi - shut him up.

torres - i'm fed up with people saying he'd beat hatton tbh.

bradley - bring it on.

any of those 3 would do. :box:

That's very cruel of you. I don't think Ricky would be having his usual post-fight party after that. :D

A catchweight of 188lbs I reckon (joke) - I honestly don't think Mayorga can make anything under 150lbs now, and I doubt he would be strong at that. He has to class himself as a light middleweight, at very best. And that's way too big for Hatton.

I think if Hatton fought ANYONE in their prime, he gets done!

Oh happy days!!!

Hatton's probably got his next few fights left and they will all be against smaller men in Malignaggi and Pacquiao (if he beats Diaz). I would personally have him in against Malignaggi and then against another belt-holder in Torres or Bradley - but it won't happen.

I wish they would forget Malignaggi. He has been awful in his last two fights. Still I suppose thats what team Hatton want, a title fight with a belt to gain against a fighter who has been lucky to hold onto his belt. Bradley would be a great fight and if Hatton won he could have a verbal crack at Witter "saying thats how its done" or perhaps "now I have proved I can beat you".

Malignaggi can't punch and is therefore the perfect opponent for Hatton.

I'm not sure he can box either which is also a bonus.

Hatton should at least fight someone who he can't shut out when hes' at 80%.

Hold up I've just had a Great idea, He should very very belatedly fight Junior Witter, Tim Bradley has even supplied him with the blueprint of how to do it.

Failing that he should fight Bradley, Torres or even Olusegun at 140. He should keep well clear of 147 as there are a host of boxers that would beat him IMO.

I've got Paulie 0-2 in his last 2 fights, maybe 0-1-1 if I'm being generous. It's another in a long line of cherry-picked opponents for Hatton

Had Witter beaten Bradley I, you, DG and a host of others would be still on Hattons case to fight Witter. Fact is Bradley beat Witter and Witters claim to be the best LWW in the World is all over. Bradley did Hatton the biggest favour ever in the history of boxing by beating Witter. If Hatton wants glory he should go and beat the man who beat the man. Its the WBC belt, the one that has eluded Hatton for so long so thats the fight he should be going for. Plenty of money in it I would have thought, especially in the States. Agree entirely on your summing up of Malignaggi.

The thing is, Bradley kicks the shit out of the latest version of Hatton.
