good fight on Hatton v Pinto undercard

Post by knockout »

Apparently Erik Teymour is facing Victor Oganov on April 3rd in manchester.....(well thats what its says on Boxrec!!!)

This should be a good fight! Erik is 14-1 and Oganov 21-0 with 21 ko's....

I have been trying everywhere to try get a copy of Oganov in action...

Spoke to Erik Guy and he is trying to dig out a copy....

found the boxing news report from when he fough Michael Alexander and they said he was hard hitting but square on and slow footed......

anyone see this fight on the Simpson V Rasani undercard??????

Jesus, this is a tough-looking match for Teymour (though he can look after himself for sure). Can you imagine Warren matching one of his boys against Oganov?
Why don't you contact Phillip Fondu, Knockout, for more info on Oganov! Fondu seems a good guy.

Oganoz is a very powerful fighter with one punch KO power but is a bit flat footed and could easily be out boxed if he fought a good boxer. He is similar to Mayorga except he has a decent defence and throws straighter punches. He has been sparring with Danny Green, Paul Briggs and a few other decent Aussie fighters so he may have improved his footwork but we will have to wait and see.

thanks for that, your description seems to tie in with a few other people who have seen him...
good power but flat footed and square on
