Undefeated cruiserweight David Haye will take on Birmingham-based Zimbabwean Hastings Rasani at Wembley this Saturday.

All I know about Rasani is that he has been KO'd twice by Ambrose Milo who was KO'd by a completely and utterly washed up for Light Middleweight Champion John Mugabi in 1997.

A marking time fight for Haye who should have far too much fire power for this former Middleweight.

What happened to Swaby?

Rasani was chinny at light heavy....
he has an alright dig though so if he lands there could be trouble!!!

Another blastout for Haye. I seem to recall Rasani losing in a round to "The Cat" last year.
As for the Swaby fight, nothing was apparently signed and sealed, then a lack of a TV date scuppered it fully. Hopefully, it will be rescheduled.

Spartacus got rid of him very quickly at Ally Pally last year. He KO'd Simeon Cover on Friday at Irvine.

Yeah, a bit dissapointing a bit of a let down from Swaby. Does Haye's name deserve to mentioned in the most avoided thread.

I hope this is not the start of things to come.

Exactly, see my above post - its hard to say with boxing politics these days.

That's right, fighters, managers etc can use Boxing politics to twist things to there advantage. Haye could for example say "All of my rivals are on SKY tv they are avoiding me" but on the other hand you say "Why are you not signed with SKY tv then?". At the moment there is a worrying divide between SKY and BBC fighters, standing there sides of the garden fence beckoning one another over...who is avoiding who? It's bad for Boxing in my opinion plain and simple.
