Comedy Time (Nasty zone)

Post by REAL_DEAL »

Time to relax and listen to another crazy Nast post
DAY'S AND COUNTING!.........

Shelly Finkel has said that Mike Tyson's Comeback fight will be announced in the next 7 day's

Also Tyson has had great news from the Nevada boxing commision who have now said Tyson will be accepted if he was to apply for a Boxing License to fight there! This news is significant because it mean's Tyson will be able to make the big $$$$$.

Here is the proposed schedule Shelly Finkel want's for the coming Year :

JUNE 10TH - MIKE TYSON vs TBA - Tyson get's $10,000,000

AUGUST 28TH/SEPTEMBER 4TH - MIKE TYSON vs BABY JOE MESI - WBC TITLE ELIMINATOR - Tyson get's $15,000,000

NOVEMBER 27TH/DECEMBER 4TH - MIKE TYSON vs CORRIE SANDER'S/ VITALI KLITSCHKO - WBC HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT - Tyson gets $20,000,000

I'm really glad about this schedule as Tyson is at his best when he's been fighting on a regular basis and by the WBC Title fight will be in great shape to Knock out whoever wins between Sander's and Klitschko!

The question is Which heavyweight would be a good tune-up fight for Tyson on June 10TH? Be realistic!

Here are the Contender's!

MICHAEL GRANT
MICHAEL MOORER
OLEG MASKAEV
KEVIN McBRIDE
SHANNON BRIGGS
KIRK JOHNSON

What do you guys think? Personally I'd go for Kirk Johnson!

100 MILLION AMERICAN'S HAVE BEEN ANXIOUSLY AWAITING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NEXT MIKE TYSON FIGHT BUT SOON THEIR LONG WAIT WILL BE OVER!!!!

Is nasty over this weekend's Baby Joe shocker yet? I'm sure he'll have a positive spin - he should work for Tony Blair :D

Nasty is never short of a word, although quite where some of them come from is beyond me :D His love affair with the BBC is almost as disturbing as his Tyson/Mesi ramblings.

As for Mesi :

MESI showed me against Jirov that he has the potential to be a Top 5 Heavyweight

Mesi looked sensational for the first 9 rounds and merely got careless in the last round

Jirov would give any Heavyweight in the world problems yet Mesi outboxed a former OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST! That's the most sensational thing I GOT FROM THIS FIGHT.

MESI need's to work on his Stamina, which seems questionable and also his defence. If he tightens these 2 up, he could go right to the TOP!

2004 WILL BE THE YEAR THE BABY PROVES HIS DOUBTERS WRONG!

As for the BBC :

To me, the BBC is the pinnacle of Television in terms of quality and presentation! I just think that for Boxing to grow in Britain, it need's to be on such a quality channel plus as Audley says free to the PUBLIC. Also, they have the only 3 up and coming British boxer's to watch out for in AUDLEY, FROCH and HAYE!

unquote.

HE HAS A POINT THERE, the Beeb do make it more accessible to the man in the street who has a passing interest in the sport who probs wouldnt go out of his way to watch some of the lesser hyped names on sky.
Rightly or wrongly. I mean a lot of poeple who don't watch Sat fight night will tune in to watch Aud at the weekend for example.

And you cant fault the fact that they do have as good a prospects as Sky in Aud, Haye and Froch.

Hohoho what utter bollocks...

Mesi looked like what he is, a limited fighter with a poor chin, decent handspeed and power, but little else.

He was brutalised by a former cruiserweight who was already war-damaged at cruiserweight let alone heavyweight, had a significant weight advantage

On the evidence of that fight, James Toney would beat the shit out of Mesi.

They should cash in their chips on Mesi now, line up a fight with Tyson as soon as possible, it's a fight Mesi could maybe win, depending just how shot Tyson is now, which is the only x-factor in the fight.

Mesi's porous defence is going to get him battered senseless against someone like Guinn, and he obviously has very poor stamina, or doesn't know how to pace himself.
