Who is the African featherweight champion?

Would anyone know at all? Just doing the Alex Arthur-Michael Kizza preview. Kizza is a blown-up featherweight by all accounts.

I heard that Kizza is a blown up SUPER FLYWEIGHT!!!

I think he is Ugandan Super Fly champion...shocking.

For sure. If Arthur bombs this guy out in a round or two (which he probably will), this show will be dire. There's really no decent supporting contests.
