Having seen a fair bit of new WBA Light Heavyweight champion Fabrice Tiozzo's recent performance I have to say this guy is certainly a faded force.
I can't think of a better opportunity for either Clinton Woods or Peter Oboh to win a meaningful version of the world title. I would favour both to beat him strongly (particularly if they could get it on home soil).
Now, I only hope their promotors/managers can do their best to get this contest.
