You shouldnt hate anyone. OK Khan is a loud mouthed kid who makes outrageous claims about his abilties and drives his car without consideration for others but that isnt reason enough to hate him. If you said you hated Ian Huntley or Peter Sutcliffe for example I would understand your feelings, because almost everybody does. I can certainly understand you disliking him but thats another matter. Wishing Khan harm is also pretty nasty negative stuff which you shouldnt be doing.

there we are now atleast someone agrees!! :D
The comment made by Wales is a reasonable one. I dont think for a moment he would endorse your views so he isnt exactly in agreement with you.

It's just your standard Trash-Talk. He is just keeping his doors and options open by saying stuff like this, because guys like you will get all excited and talk about it.

I doubt Khan has any plans whatsoever to fight Pac any time soon. He is most likely focused on getting a fixed trainer.
You increasingly find yourself in an untenable position trying to defend Amirs insane ramblings.

I think you're both as delusional as each other -- but still, credit for staying with him!!!

Yeah, just to clarify I mean him no harm out of the ring, I'd just like to see him prove he is the best in the ring, something I dont think he will attain if he follows a true champions path. Of course he can win a world title by treading water and manouvering carefuly from light punching ranked norweigan to well past his best forty year old american. Look at Berto for example, 24 fights and a WBC world title. Or Haye, testing himself against the best and taking a loss like a champion does, learning form it by improving his stamina and ensuring he doesnt punch himself out. When will Khan learn his true weaknesses? Although some could argue we all know the (or it) already.

As someone said, Khan is shouting for a world title yet there are questions whether he is the best on this little island of ours.

I'm trying to think of anyone I hate as much as you hate Khan. Mugabe seems worthy of it at the moment maybe but i've yet to wish him aids.

I wish Khan all the best and I think he has real talent, although i'm worried we are just going to see him dodge, duck, dive and dodge his way to a title and hold onto it fighting has beens and never weres. If he fights one of the top guys at lightweight before they are old and finished i'll be very surprised. Would love to be proved wrong though. IF he loses David Haye style and comes back from it with a nothing to lose attitude how good would that be

yeah i hate khan but i would show a littel respect for him alot of respect for him if!...he would fight someone worth fighting gairy st claire was tough for him but he boxed more in a mature way..gomez was tough for him but the fight should have nnever been stopped i honestly thought gomez was gunna knock him out and it wasent as if gomez wasent coming back..willie limond was he toughest fight by far limmond was brilliant in that fight...but if i was allegedly iwould say look mate if you want a world titel shot hav one and i would throw him in with the best and lets see if he backs up his speech a littel more then.

then ! then i would respect the guy and root him a littel

and the comment about me being racial....my favourite fghter of all time was black!...and the fighter i used to watch with my dad when i was littel was prince nasseem hamid and he is of the same skin tone as khan...yes im just 15.

Im a huge Gomez fan but I dont think the stoppage was too premature, yes gomes was about to throw a left hook, but it wasnt going to land and KKhan wouldve thrown another 4 or 5 punches. Mike was getting beaten up and it's testiment to the stoppage that Mike wasnt screaming blue murder.

I think the stoppage was a tad early because Gomez had been in a worst position than that and come back strong. Although, he was flagging a bit and looked shattered, so in retrospect, I understand and can agree with that stoppage a bit.

I called it premature but on rewatching it, it was a reasonable stoppage, another 1 or 2 punches, which were coming would have had Gomez unable to come back.

i personally dont agree with stoppages full stop i think a good boxer dosent relie on a stoppage and if any of my fights ever where stopped because a tko im my favour i wouldent be happy sounds silly but i love take everything and give it back 20 times harder thats how i fight .

and i think gomez would have worried khan abit more if he let him carry on if gomez let him self go down its a diffrent storie but he wanted to fight back and he was i personally dont agree with the stoppage one bit... :x
