No of course I didn't expected him to win, but there's always hope of course. Unfortunately i'm in the US right now, so when I get home I have to put in that damn tape to say something sane about the fight.

He didn't dive, Dutch. He was floored with a final southpaw left bang on the chin. However, I do believe he didn't make the greatest effort in the world to beat the count. I would call that smart (in this case). It was early in the round, and Audley would only have hurt him again for sure.

Yeah that was what I was talking about before the fight, I question his "fighters-instinct". So much for our undefeated heavyweight hope.
I hope he gets some more paydays, I think he's an honest guy.
We still have an undefeated middleweight, Hans Janssen(16-0), i'll start hyping him :)

Audley finally looks in the kind of shape he should have been in for his debut. That's about the only positive I can draw. Those who believe this big pussy cat can just jab, left-cross his way through the worlds best FORGET IT.

I expect Audley to very much find his level when that Euro shot comes around.

How many fighters are there of Audley's size, that's a fallacious argument.

Audley is one of the biggest heavyweights out there, at pretty much 6'6" and 250+ lbs, he weighs more than Wlad or Vitali....

Thought Aud was very impressive, he can only beat whats put in front of him and hopefully that will increase in quality, sensibly and over time. Think most of the comment on here is pretty balanced and not much more I can add, he looks big, strong, he looked very cut for the first time in a long time, showed devastating hand speed and power when he decided to finish it. Thought it was a throughly professional and impressive performance.
Nice to see Lennox giving his advice to a brit (also thats gotta help and harrison should take into that as much as possible) not jamaican nor canadian. nuff said.

Interesting times for Aud and I am looking forward to seeing him step up to the mark.

He needs to be back in the ring by the end of May this fight will not have taken much out of him so a lot of training will have gone to waste. Announce a new live opponent within the next month and we will be happy. I kinda think tho that he is gonna see if he can get the mandatory British challenge, he will need to have a fight before then tho.

I was impressed, the finishing salvo was quality. Those questioning Hersisia's desire to continue rewatch, when he got ot his feet the ref was practically holding him up against the ropes.

Danny Williams would not give Harrison rounds at all, I think he'd fall apart quite early both mentally and physically likewise Hide.

Nielsen is a winnable fight now and I'd like to see it, then Samil San or Krasniqi. I think he's ready for these guys already.

Virtually everythinfg has been said about Our Audleys fight, but I would like to stick my twopenneth in anyway.

Hersisa was a decent standard of opponent for a 15th fight, but to be honest he is not in the same league as Our Audley and the size difference just exaggerated the point. As somebody already mentioned on this post Audley fights fairly negatively predominantly behind the jab for the first 1 or 2 rounds and just tries to suss his opponent out, but as soon as he tags his opponent he flicks the switch and finishes him with clinical combinations. His handspeed is awesone and I don't see people questioning Audleys punch power any more.

I've been an outspoken fan from the start and Audley is definately my fav boxer, I nearly had a coronary before Saturdays fight due to the excitement and he is still not fighting in competitive fights, I think I will need an oxygen tent to watch Our Audley beat the likes of Mesi, Guinn and the Klitschkos.

In conclusion: Audley is the mutts nutts 8) , the A-train is gaining speed and is demolishing everything in its path
