Something along the lines of
"The opposittion i've had in the past have been alot better and alot stronger, and the opposition john's had frank wouldn't even put me in with them because their not upto my standard. He's had 20+ fights, won them all but he's never fought anyone as good as me. If he wins he could be next and i will prove how good i am and i'm better than him. I would fight him in his home town and beat him in front of his own fans. I've allways wanted to win everything in the lightweight division from the commonwealth to british, european and world title's and i have said to frank put me in with these guys and he said to take my time. I know what im capable of and i know i can beat whoever they put me in with. Someone like murray is made for me and i will make it look so easy. I dont think many lightweights hit as hard as me. I dont care how hard the opposition hit they will have to take me out in a stretcher, i have the heart of a lion. If murray wins then it might be on."

Seems strange how they didnt fancy the british title until now. Maybe because the WBO route looks abit more harder and the british route might be a little bit easier now Thaxton does'nt hold it. Just my opinion. Awaits abuse.

It's comment for the sake of comment. As much shite as Floyd talked, most of it was the truth. If Khan actually believes he has world class power he's bonkers.

In what way deluded? I don't think he said anything untrue oter than him having world class power, but his power isnt bad and he comes across well.

The most interesting thing was he said he'd be happy to fight Murray and he keeps asking Frankie for big fights and Warren tells him to take his time. So at least he wants the big fights

Fully agree. What is he suppossed to say??

He doesn`t disrespect Murray, he has confidence that he would beat him (which he would)

Khan is a great prospect/talent and his fights are action packed.

I don`t quite get what people have against him. Boxers should be confident in their own ability and that rubs some people up the wrong way, then so be it.

Because he has called all and sundry out, then jumps in the ring with people like Gomez.

This is what annoys people.

On the positive side, he looks like he will be having a title fight later this year, from what I have read it appears to be in the contract.

khan is known to talk rubbish at times but he'd beat the shit out of Murray, of that i'm sure

yes murray could hurt, as could most lightweights, but he is so cumbersome and slow of hand he would be out of it before it gets going
