Re: What was the hardest ask.
Well I suppose the biggest ask is about worst Brit versus best world class fighter, how about Ali-London, Ali-Bugner, Ali-Cooper - not that they were terrible fighters
Some fights we don't expect someone to have a chance, so they arent really a big ask are they?
How about guys who actually won, that were a big ask.

Thinking back Holligan against Chavez was outrageous.
Holligan was only just British level and then went in against what many perceived the p4p number 1.

Richie Wenton v Marco Antonio Barrera.
If you want to see the definition of the saying 'Gulf in class' watch the Lloyd v Barrera fight.

Steve Cruz v Barry McGuigan.
With a bookie in your corner with a wedge on your opponent in 120 degrees heat - now that was a big ask.

Bruno was good. Tyson in those days was just much much better.boxbet wrote:Bruno v Tyson and Bruno v Lewis. Which was it though? because Bruno was so bad or because tyson and lewis were so good.
Wasn't Bruno beating Lewis? Until he got a little carried away and got KO'd?
