could audley be the real deal????
could audley be the real deal????
what do you think?he looked very impressive and in great condition could he be britains next undisputed champ?up til this performance i was not a harrison fan but he showed he has the stuff.proved me and i would of thought a few others wrong.humble pie for me
could audley be the real deal????
in a nutshell at this stage... nope! he looked good for periods in his last outing, finishing the guy off when he had to, but for me he still lacks many things. his stamina is still untested, his ability to take big punches from genuine big heavyweights is still unanswered, hwo he'll handle a better class of opponent still remains to be seen.
i think he's made improvements but hes still far from the type of fighter needed to be undisputed champ. i think it could well be many moons before we see another undisputed heavyweight champ, unless of course one of the klitchkos clean up. but at this stage in time i think audley may win one of the bigger belts but not undisputed.

.
wlads only 26, i think he is more likely to dominate, even after the sanders fiasco. If not he'll need to get past vitali, that'll be a huge task. Vitali has now proven he can take huge shots, something audley has not, mind you vitali has also shown he can be caught with those huge shots.

Audley is progressing very nicely indeed, and is the best hope this country has by a country mile.
I find it hard to see him being a dominant champion, it's hard to envisage him beating Vitali, who is going to be the top dog for a little while, until the next generation coming through get the requisite experience.
Wladimir though isn't going to ever be the top man, he doesn't carry a shot well enough, and when he gets hurt, he just stands there getting whacked. He lacks the instinct in my opinion to be a great fighter. He's great when he is on top, but crumbles when hurt.
