Audley Harrison v Martin Rogan off. Whole bill scrapped.
Maccarinelli's and Rees's opponents?
With only 8 days to go until they fight, should their opponents not have been named by now?
I can only assume their opponents are going to be of poor quality.

No, in seriousness, both are coming back form fairly big losses and can be afforded knockover jobs.
Re: Maccarinelli's and Rees's opponents?
Shows been postponed.

Do setanta not want to show it due to the poor quality of the card?chris s wrote:TV problems
Re: Maccarinelli's and Rees's opponents?
I hope so cos I think that would be better for the sport if they started putting their foot down, having said that I don't think it would be made public if that was the reason cos it would be quite embarrassing for Warran.Horse wrote:Do setanta not want to show it due to the poor quality of the card?chris s wrote:TV problems

Still to be determined. I read Setanta and Warren were still a way apart over the amount.leforge wrote:Is Khan next fight on Setanta?

I bet Setanta are glad they don't have all their eggs in the one basket.josh fg wrote:I hope so cos I think that would be better for the sport if they started putting their foot down, having said that I don't think it would be made public if that was the reason cos it would be quite embarrassing for Warran.Horse wrote:Do setanta not want to show it due to the poor quality of the card?chris s wrote:TV problems

"Rumours are rife that the man from the ivory towers in Hertford has been seen in Isleworth with a cap in his hand"
Re: Maccarinelli's and Rees's opponents?
So the show that replaced the O2 show has been postponed.
Thats poor form.

Audley Harrison v Martin Rogan off. Whole bill scrapped.
Apparently there is a problem with TV scheduling. How come they have only just noticed now??!!
Re: Audley Harrison v Martin Rogan off. Whole bill scrapped.
Sports Network's work seems to be getting sloppy day by day. No wonder Joe got out.

So i guess the boxers are the ones out of pocket.
Not good for Sports Network is they are trying to get new boxers from the olympics to sign for them.

Scheduling? sound like BS to me, what else are setanta gonna show at that time slot? Clearly audley/frank doesn't fancy this now, thats why its been pulled.

Great theory.The_Don1 wrote:Scheduling? sound like BS to me, what else are setanta gonna show at that time slot? Clearly audley/frank doesn't fancy this now, thats why its been pulled.
Its been postponed so Audley is still facing Rogan. So it isnt anything to do with Audley is it?
The main event is Enzo Mac and an opponent still hasn't been named. I think that may have more to do with it. When the hell has a bill ever been pulled because an undercard fight has broken up? If Audley didn't fancy it, the damn fight would be cancelled not postponed.
