This was on the VIP Promotions website.

"OWEN TRAINOR.....has had his license requested turned down by the board in what we feel is unfair.....Owen has paid for his mistake already and the board should accept this and let him get on with his life without further punishment, an appeal will be made"

possibly j armour for vacant bantam title if thats what happens. not sure if thier is anyone to fight for the vacant fly title. would love any shot for a londsdale. before i finally get my IBO...
