Billy Graham Knocked Down or Not?

I was reviewing the amazing record of Billy Graham and read in his biography that he had never been knocked off his feet, but in the description of his 10-5-52 bout with Kid Gavilan it says Graham was down twice, once on a half slip and the other in the 14th round when a hard right to the chin dropped Graham to one knee. Which is correct?
