I payed, but was persuaded to pay because of Dib vs Morali, and keen to see Withers fight as well.

I can't believe i'm about to say this, probally the best Mundine card in yonks.

The Elomar, Dib, and Mundine fights were excellent, and rather enjoyed Suger Shanes commentry.
Big fan of Briggs, but whats up with him staring at the camera when other people are commentating.... very very irratating.

i reckon both withers boys box with feet too far apart... danny fought kane mckay on green v mundine undercard and I thought the same. some guys have told me it generates more power but i can't see it...i have tried it....no way....maybe a decent boxer should answer this one?? :box:

yeah, but it's harder to move sideways. You've got to bring your feet closer together first, before you can think about lateral movement. Therefore you are commited to one action. would love to here what better trained people have to say about this (that's most here by the way).

thats y widening ur legs is only good to a certain point u have to get the balance between, agility and getting the power into ur punches

yeah, definitely a combination of things to generate power, and i was always taught and i do the same , shoulder rotation, the bigger muscle groups power up. solid base, doesn't have to be spread, i think i posted something about geales lack of power some time back. i compared the torque generated by tiger woods when he swings a golf club.
