If you were Craig Christian....

Post by razor7 »

Billy Dib (boxrec 19), Willie Kickett ( boxrec 20).A lower ranked world title, a very beatable opponent and the chance to then improve against a pool of reasonable ,if not top 10 opponents. This seems taylor made for Willie.Has Craig got the backing to make it happen?

Kickett is in for a hard fight in his next outing so if he survives that i would think that Craig would call out Billy

Why are so many people writing Dib off when he has not lost a fight?

The decision last night was dodgy, He had a controversiol win in the US. He has looked far from spectaculor in his past few fights and showboats far to much, He wants to be like his idol Naseem but Naseem had one punch power and Billy dosnt, He needs to hold his bloody hands up and actually fight as he dosnt have the power to turn fights like Naseem did.

The IBO should be looking into the scoring if they had any credability( which they dont).

Fairly poor performance in his last outing as well as a dodgy decision I would think. It's not the fighters fault when the judges award the decision to the wrong fighter but I can understand why it influences the way people regard that fighter.

Mate if Christian and Kickett could get the fight, they would take it tomorrow. Dibs lack of defence would be exposed against a lightning quick Willie. Brute I don;t think everybody is writing off Dib on his record, rather his last couple of performances. I thought Willie lost to Gairy but his performance was much better than Dib has displayed in his last few outings.
No way would GBP entertain the idea.

The fights on the 22nd of August so i dont think Mahonri Montes 15-0 who fights on the 29th of August in Mexico would be his opponent, but you never know.
Come on Hurricane, how well can a guy prepare for a fight less than 3 weeks out, if he himself doesn't know who he is fighting.
