Poll: Who Will Mundine fight next?

Post by aussieboxafan »

Well here is how i see things happening. Were assuming a rematch with Danny Green is off, which i think it is.

1: Sakio Bika in the US.

2. Fights Sturm in OZ or in the US.

3. Fights a highly ranked WBA MW in an eliminator bout.

Or he fights another dudd. But i doubt this will happen. I just can't see another dudd happening. Unless its on showtime or HBO.

I predict if any of the first 2 happen, it will be on Showtime/HBO.

If were let down again. With some 13 year old Argentinian making his debut and coming over here, its career over!

I hope its Strum, but if not i hope he puts Shannon Taylor to sleep then rocks Geale to sleep and from there to a title fight.

not sure about the location on this one as i'm pretty sure the buys on both the domestic and commercial front are both dropping at an alarming rate because of his disdain for the knowledgable boxing fan. but with commercial viability at the forefront of their thinking, i believe that will determine where and who?

Seeing the name up there, although it won't happen, I'd like to see him fight Duddy.

Mundine is now over in France, consoling his mate Dunny Bill or is it Money Bill. He could also be looking out for a few frog stumblebums to boost his career's stats.

The 17-13-4 (4) Christophe Karagoz could be just the man he is looking for!

I agree with you P4P, Geale isnt ready for Mundine and i think would get his chin checked if he fought Mundine. Mundine is to experienced and to big for Geale and would beat him convincingly in my opinion.

He should be fighting at 154, It is the weaker division at the moment and he has a real chance of beating any of the 3 champs. At middle he would be beaten badly by Abraham or Pavlik IMO.

I agree. I've always thought that Geale could be in better condition. do get me the wrong way, but he never comes to the ring ripped, with no body fat to spare does he.

You silly bastard! You must be a goose to say that Geale doesn't train and always enters the ring in terrible condition. You should respect these great fighters and the effort they put in!!!

Geale is one of the fittest aussie boxers around! He trains non stop! His got stamina to match anyone.
