Olympic odds

Post by Mario »

From Ladbrokes

Super-Heavy David Price 14/1
Light-Heavy Tony Jeffries 66/1
Middle James Degale 50/1
Welter Billy Joe Saunders 8/1
Light Welter Brad Saunders 16/1
Bantam Joe Murray 25/1
Fly Khalid Yafai 66/1

I've stuck a few quid on every one of them. Each way is a quarter of the odds and pays 4 places, so you'll win a fair bit (at the very least your money back) if they make it as far as the semi's.

Who do you think is looking good value here?

Joe Murray at 25/1 screams out to me as a bit of a bargain. Putting a punt on that.

I haven't had a good look at the draw but it must have been very kind to Jeffries. I know he got a first round bye but his odds have been slashed from 66/1 all the way down to 16/1

Yeah, i take price to do him.
Having Timurziev, Cammerelle and Pulev in your half of the draw should really send Price's odds way out.

That is as tough a draw as he could have got.

He is certainly going to have to do it the hard way!

I agree Teddy but this is gambling my friend, and I never let my heart rule my head!

I would never put any money on England winning the World Cup if they had to play Brazil, Italy and Germany just to get to the Final!!!
