Location: Sleepy New England Town For everyone's information and by Code Pink Collins request:

I can confirm that everyone here is a different person.....of course some are more "different" than others.

granberry is in error when he claims any two of you are the same person.....too many miles between the IP addresses to allow for such skullduggery. Now for those who don't know gramberry over the course of more than a year...let me assure you he is no one to get in an argument with. He has NO quit in him. If he has an opinion....it is static. He does not re-evaluate due to fresh data, new camera angles, or sworn testimony.

What he knows he knows and he will attempt to help you see the error of your ways. He will eventually, single handedly, inevitably, bring down the Ali media machine with all it's subtle and complex web of distortions. Sadly all that Ali did with his hard work will eventually be undone by this bringer of truth and goodness and bearer of "the light".

However the greater problem for each of you will take place when he is finished with that mission. Eventually he will turn toward you and prove that each of you are not who you thought you were, because he can be no less right about your "individuality status" than he is about Ali's contrived career.

You will eventually truly become the "Borg" that apparentlly is "Collins2000".

I wish I could somehow intervene in your behalf but once granberry has spoken the word, there is no going back.

I wish your various families the best as they strive to deal with your eventual fading into a single inevitable "gestalt" personality.

Granberry has NEVER answered any challenge to any of his ridiculous claims.

Trolls never do. For obvious reasons.

Little did Cus know the sage advice he gave to Muhammad Ali would be used again and again against his prized pupil, Mike Tyson...
Probably the most ironic thing ever said in boxing!!!

Mike Tyson should have read that 22 years ago!!!! :P

Cus' advice made sense as a general rule...He understood the psychology of a bully...But I'm not sure Foreman was a bully in the sense that he wanted to intentionally hurt people...He never said "he wanted to jam his opponent's nose into his brain" .... I do think Big George was convinced of his own invincibility though....

Cus is not without flaws...But he had an uncanny ability to see the big picture...

Could Ali not be considered a bully by many ?

I mean he used personal insults, name calling and some pretty cutting
angles to get to his opponents. What just is a bully to many here ?

Obviously a tought thuglike fighter from the Tyson, Foreman, Liston mould
is easily assumed, but did Foreman especially, prove that he is more complicated
than to being just a bully?

I already conceded that Foreman was more complex...

Ali was never intentionally mean or tried to hurt an opponent except those opponents who insisted on calling him by the last name of the people who owned his grandparents.

From all accounts Foremans and Fraziers up bringing were not as
pleasant as Ali's.

A fighter using Ali's original name of Clay is not nearly as bad as
an obsessive campaign of riddicule against a Fraizer or Foreman.

And as for the whole, he never tried hurting some one in the ring...
do you know what prize fighters do ?

Like all Religion of Ali clones,

TheOne[collins] can read minds.

He knows that every time Ali got the blank kicked out of him "he wasn't trying to win."

LOL

He knows that the Liston/Ali second fix was not a fix and that Ali knocked Liston down and that Liston was "afraid" of fighting Ali further, etc, blah, blah, blah.

TheOne knows that any time Ali did something right it was because he intended to

and every time Ali looked like an ass it was because he intended to look like an ass.

Thomas Hauser and other members of The Religion of Ali are all mindreaders and "know" the above.

TheOne also "knows" that Ali was a 'poet'

and also that Ali was an extremely kind person who helped widows and orphans and wouldn't hurt a fly.

All the above is part of being a devout member of The Religion of Ali.

How DARE anyone question the beliefs of such a devout member of The Religion of Ali.

You love your quotes don't you TOIH2008.

I commend you on being diverse in those that you
use.

What the Gran man is saying is, essentially...that not
everything Muhammad Ali says or does is beyond those
actions or words of a normal mortal man. He could be nice,
yes without a doubt, but he also could be savage and nasty...

To think this is well...naive.

I wish I was six again :(

Granberry has never said one good thing about him...That's his right...That's fundamentally different than trying to provide a complete portrait of a complex man...A bright young man such as yourself must certainly see the difference...

I'm beginning to talk like a Brit...

Ever been to the Colonies

I remember having a friendly and funny argumet with a Brit about the virtues of our respective countries...I told him John Lennon could live anywhere he wanted and chose America. The British fella said "America loved John Lennon so much it killed him."

I remember reading about the Beatles meeting Ali prior to the Liston fight...John Lennon told Ali, "The more real you get, the more unreal it's gonna get"
